About the Program
Family therapy is most often used to help treat an individual’s problem that is affecting the entire family, such as an addiction, depression, or behavioral problems. This type of counseling can also be useful for addressing family-wide problems such as conflicts between siblings, spouses, or parents and children

Your therapist will help family members communicate better, solve problems, and find new ways to work together. It will give family members new skills to get through difficult situations in healthier ways. The goal of family therapy solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, death, serious physical or mental illness, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment.
Duration
12 Sessions – Twice every week followed by review once in 6 months – The advantage of review follow-up is that it helps in accessing the relationship development between the partners.
